This is really just a continuation of my first question but you don't have to read it too understand this one. Well I'm trying to connect two different brands of wireless networking together. Specifically, the two things I am trying to connect are a TP-Link wireless USB adapter and a Netgear wireless router. Someone has already told me to uninstall the software that came with the TP-Link and just use Windows to connect them because that software is the cause of all the problems. So I did and now it looks less complicated. It actually finds the network name (which is 360toPC) and make an attempt to connect to it. But when it's trying to connect, a pop-up says, " Please wait while windows connects to the '360toPC' network ............ Waiting for network." After that, the pop up just dissapears and on the taskbar it will say, "unable to connect 360toPC. ......."
Will they only connect if they are the same brand? or Does anyone have a solution?
