I have heard a lot on carrier/job networking. I come from a minority community and find it difficult to keep direct networking with people of my country. People of my country prefer maintaing rappo within their communities only. How can I find mentors over internet with whom I can confide and take advise?

Reply:That is a pretty broad question. What type of mentoring are you looking for? Are you looking for someone who can tell you the best place to set up a medical practice, or which McDonald's in your area pays best?
There are several places you can go on the net for career advice. I can't recommend one without knowing the path you want to take.
