I RECENTLY STARTED HELPING THIS STRIPPER GET BOOKED LIKE ALOT OF PARTIES AND SHOWS...SHE SAID I COULD ONLY GET A CUT FROM THE ENTRY FEE..WHICH IS 120HR WHICH THE PAY RIGHT AT THE DOOR..


I SUPPOSE TO GET 30%...


AT THE END OF THE NIGHT I SEE HER COUNTING OR COMMING OUT WITH A TOTAL OF LIKE300+


I DONT FEEL ITS FAIR IM NETWORKING TO GET THE SHOWS PLUS STAY AND BOUNCE AND LOOK OUT FOR HER...


SHE SAYS I DONT NEED TO STAY SHE COULD PAY SUM1 50DOLLARS ., BUT WITH OUT ME NETWORKING SHE WOULDNT GET NOTHING I WAS TOLD I SHOULD GET 30% OF THE GRAND TOTAL MADE OUT THE WHOLE SHOW DOOR FEE PLUS TIPS...SUM1 ELSE SAID U CANT TOUCH HER TIPS SHE WORK HARD FOR IT AND ITS HERS..


SUMTIMES AFTER ALL MY TIME N EFFORT SETTING UP PHONE CALLS AND SETTING THE DATE AND TIME AND EVERYTHING I DESERVE MORE THE JUST 40$ HR.


I THINK IM TOO NICE WHILE SHES HAS LIKE 280+


U THINK I LETTING HER SLIDE TO EASY AND I SHOULD ASK FOR MORE AND IF SHE REFUSES DONT HELP PROMOTE? SO NO1 GETS NOTHING.. I THINK BOTH SHOULD B HAPPY

I used to work as a driver back in the day but the girl I worked for worked for an agency. I was not employeed by the agency but she was required to have a driver with her. They had guidelines set up and as her driver I got paid $40 per 1 hour show. Fee for that show was $200, that's $100 that goes back to the agency, $60 for her and $40 for me. Some girls work with out a driver for more money but that's dangerous and if the agency finds out the girl does not have a driver or if they short change their driver the agency would fire them.





I was not entitled to any of her tips as that's how she makes her money. She is taking off her clothes and giving lap dances, not me.To keep me happy she would tip me out of what she made but there was no set dollar armount or percentage that she would give me out of those tips. She didn't always make a lot of money each night.





If you are doing all the networking and getting these gigs for the girl then I would talk with her about a different payment system. I did get jumped once while working as a driver but I got my girl out so you are taking a risk too. Never demand any thing as she can just find someone else to do the work. Just discuss with her that you feel you should get a bigger cut if you are the one who is getting her work in the first place.





Standing around for an hour watching a girl take her cloths off is not a bad deal for $40. Just don't expect to make a career out of it. For most of these girls it is their career and they are doing most of the work. Be grateful for what you do have. If she doesn't want to give you more money then don't book her as many shows. When she asks why there is no work you just tell her you don't have time to book as many shows when she refuses to pay you what you feel your time is worth.
