Any type of virtual/simulation networking programs out there?

I am looking to brush up on my networking and was wondering if there are any programs that let you create and run a simulated, or virtual, network? One that allows you to create computers and network them and then creates problems, on every level of the network, that you must fix.

Not necessarily what you asked for, but you can work with 2003 server and others in a virtual environment. Boson makes Cisco simulators (good, but not free). If you really want to spend some money, look at VMWare. You can create virtual machines on a desktop and with different OS's and then virtually network them together.
